Dr Ataollah Omidvar was born on 21 March 1946 in Baft , Kerman , Iran .
He is a distinct post graduate of Tehran University's School of Art and Architecture in 1972 with a diploma in architecture (D P L G ) from Beaux Arts and Urban planning in institute d'urbanisme de Paris.
In addition to being an architect specializes in various fields of  interior design ,photography ,film making ,art appraiser , carpet & textile designing , specialist in audio-visual deign and effects , web design.
Record of his works stretching over many years include the following :
Construction of Bandar Abbas residential complex ,1974
Design of IRIB conference hall in Tehran , 1992
Overall design and interior planning for the site of the UAE embassy in Tehran, 1993
Design of entry and reception hall for Apadana residential complex in Tehran , 1994   
Iran's Trade & commercial center in Ishq Abad , Turkmenistan , 1995
V.I.P design to the shrine of Imam Khomeini , 1999
Participation in architectural competitions for :    
The Chabahar mosque
The extension plan to Imam Reza holy shrine in Mashhad , 1998
The memorial for the martyrs of Iran Air ,1999
The extension plan to Hazrat masoume holy shrine in Qom ,2000
The Grand Egypt  Museum (G.E.M) ,2002
